Brian Moyer has over 20 years of building new businesses and product lines, driving strategy, establishing partnerships, working with partners, executive teams and boards, and leading and negotiating profitable exits across multiple life sciences businesses. Previously, Brian was CEO of Criticality, a vertically-integrated, agro-health manufacturer and marketer of B2B and B2C dietary supplements. The company was acquired by Pyxus International in 2020. Brian co-founded, led corporate development and was principal financial officer at Thar Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage company focused on transforming intravenous (IV) drugs to oral drugs acquired by Grunenthal GmbH. Prior to that Brian worked with the Thar group of companies where he co-founded and helped build several spin-offs in new target markets, including Thar Energy, a developer and manufacturer of advanced heat exchange systems, and Thar Instruments, a scientific instrumentation company focused on purification in drug design, development and manufacturing (now Waters Corp). After earning a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Economics from Mary Washington College, Mr. Moyer started his career in Seoul, Korea where we worked with several universities and companies and obtained a M.S. in Management from the Sorrell College of Business, Troy University.
